  • 5-8 years of experience delivering technical solutions in a consultative role at a SAAS company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated sales ability and experience in delivering engaging product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Broad technical knowledge with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Able to collaborate with different stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to achieve the set goals.
  • Quick to adapt to new customer requirements, new features/enhancements, and product directions.

Scope

  • Participate and lead client discovery calls along with the sales rep to understand customer requirements and propose solutions appropriately.
  • Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions.
  • Provide technical support during client meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Facilitate Trials, Pilots, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) client engagements.
  • Create collaterals, documents, and presentations as per the customer discovery call.
  • Assist in the response to RFIs, RFPs, and security documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • A quick learner for developing a thorough understanding of product features and offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our solution.
