  • 12+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in a consultative role at a SaaS/Product company or reputed services/consultancy company.
  • Savvy about technology and a penchant for applying tech to solve business problems.
  • Experienced Project Manager with proven 8+ years of track record in successfully delivering and operationalizing tech solutions.
  • Demonstrable expertise across the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent at working collaboratively with people across the board including customer stakeholders, sales, customer success, and the project delivery team; firm understanding of matrix org.
  • Demonstrable experience in scope management & negotiation, risk mitigation, and project monitoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should be a good listener and can put themselves in the customer's shoes to get an understanding of the requirements.
  • Should be a quick learner.
  • Quick to adapt to new customer requirements, new features/enhancements, and product directions.
  • Should be proficient in agile project management and collaboration tools.
  • Should have good presentation skills.

Scope

  • Bootstrap a customer delivery function at KPOINT by rigorously managing product-driven solution delivery from initiation to going live for all relevant use cases.
  • Design, operationalize, establish, and optimize end-to-end delivery processes, from order placement to successful implementation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing customer delivery team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and oversee project management tools and methodologies to streamline delivery processes.
  • Evolve the organization to conceptualize and run large-scale, complex programs for large corporate customers, and government and quasi-government entities.
  • Build close working relations with customers traveling on-site to customer locations anywhere within India.
